How much commission can I earn?
The CertNudge Referral Programme is planned for a future release. Once launched, you will earn real cash for every paying landlord you refer - starting at £8 and scaling to £12 with no upper limit on how many landlords you can refer.

1–4 Paying Landlords
£8 each
Payout after the 2nd successful payment (≈ 60 days).
5+ Paying Landlords
£12 each
Higher tier applies automatically from your 5th referral onward.
Quarterly bonus: top 3 referrers each quarter receive a £50 Screwfix/Toolstation voucher.

Scenario: Refer 10 landlords every month for a year → monthly commission = (4 × £8) + (6 × £12) = £104; annual commission = £1,248. With quarterly bonuses, you could add up to £200 extra across the year.

- Payment method: Bank transfer or PayPal, typically within 24 hours of qualifying.
- Live tracking: See pending, approved, and paid totals in your referral dashboard.
- Self-billing: We generate an invoice for each payout to simplify HMRC reporting.
- No per-landlord cap: Current tiers pay up to £12 per landlord; no limit on the number of landlords you can refer.
- Cancellation rule: If a referral cancels before payment #2, no commission is due.
