The CertNudge affiliate programme is open to anyone who works with, advises, or has access to UK residential landlords - and wants to earn for every paying customer they refer.

?? Basic Eligibility Rules
- UK-based payouts: GBP via UK bank or PayPal. Non-UK affiliates are OK if promoting to UK landlords.
- No spamming or keyword hijacking: Affiliates must use honest, value-driven promotion.
- One account per person or business: No self-referrals, bots, or fake sign-ups.
- Minimum age 18: You must be legally able to enter a commercial agreement.
- HMRC responsibility: We auto-issue self-billing invoices — you're responsible for declaring the income.

- Coupon or cashback sites: We prefer partners who add value, not generic voucher traffic
- Click farms or shady traffic: Bot clicks and low-quality signups void all commissions
- Non-UK landlord focus: Our platform only supports UK compliance documents
