How do I upgrade or downgrade between plans?
Yes, you can easily upgrade or downgrade your CertNudge plan at any time through your profile settings. You may also see prompts to upgrade if you reach your current plan's limits.
How to Upgrade Your Plan
Option 1: Via Your Profile
- Click your Profile icon (usually top-right).
- Select "Manage Subscription".
- Choose the plan you wish to upgrade to and confirm.
Changes take effect immediately after confirmation.
Option 2: Via Upgrade Prompts
If you try to perform an action exceeding your current plan's limits (e.g., adding more properties than allowed), you will often see a banner or prompt offering you the chance to upgrade directly from that screen.
How to Downgrade Your Plan
Via Your Profile
Downgrading is also done through the "Manage Subscription" section in your Profile. Select the lower-tier plan you wish to move to and confirm the changes.
Note: Ensure your account usage (e.g., number of properties) is within the limits of the new, lower plan before downgrading.
Billing Adjustments
Pro-Rata Charges/Credits
When you change plans mid-cycle, billing adjustments (charges or credits) are typically calculated on a pro-rata basis. You can review any billing changes before confirming your plan switch.
