Yes. Landlord Pro and Portfolio Pro both include a 14-day free trial without a payment card.

The trial follows the property limit and features of the plan you select. You will not be charged automatically when the trial ends.

What can I do during the trial?

Add properties up to the limit of the plan selected for the trial.

Record certificate information

Enter certificate details and expiry dates and upload supported evidence files.

Use reminder tools

Eligible certificate records are considered for email reminders based on the dates recorded in CertNudge.

Generate and share evidence

Create PDF compliance packs, secure share links and landlord-entered service logs.

What happens after 14 days?

You will not be billed automatically. No payment card is required to begin the trial.

If you do not start a subscription, access to the CertNudge application becomes inactive. You can choose Landlord Pro or Portfolio Pro if you decide to continue using the service.

CertNudge helps organise records, evidence and renewal dates. It does not verify certificate authenticity, provide legal advice or guarantee compliance.
