What happens if I cancel?
The organisation owner can manage subscription cancellation through Manage Subscription.
The subscription workflow shows when the cancellation takes effect and how long application access remains available.
Check the date shown before confirming
Review the effective cancellation and access date displayed in Manage Subscription. Do not assume that cancellation will end access immediately or on a particular date without checking the information shown for your subscription.
How to manage cancellation
Sign in as the organisation owner
Subscription and billing changes are managed by the organisation owner.
Open Manage Subscription
Use the available subscription-management option to review or request cancellation.
Review the confirmation
Check the effective date and any other information displayed before completing the cancellation.
What happens to my access?
Your access is governed by the effective date shown in the subscription workflow. When the organisation is no longer subscription-eligible, application access and reminder eligibility can become inactive.
Does cancellation delete my records?
Cancellation is not account deletion
Cancelling a subscription does not itself erase the organisation’s properties, certificate records or uploaded evidence.
Closing the organisation account and requesting deletion of applicable personal data are separate actions. Retention and deletion are handled as described in the Privacy Policy, including where information must be retained for lawful purposes.
Before cancelling
- Review important records: Check that property and certificate information is current.
- Download evidence you need: Keep appropriate copies of important documents and generated compliance packs.
- Check upcoming dates: Make alternative arrangements for monitoring renewals if reminder eligibility will end.
- Review team access: Tell other organisation users if their access will be affected.
