What plans do you offer and how much do they cost?
CertNudge currently offers two self-serve subscription plans: Landlord Pro and Portfolio Pro.
Both plans include the core tools for organising certificate records, monitoring renewal dates and sharing selected evidence. The main differences are the property limit, portfolio reporting, bulk import and team access.

Contact CertNudge if you need to manage 31 or more properties. Larger portfolio arrangements are not available through the standard self-serve checkout.

Both Landlord Pro and Portfolio Pro are available with a 14-day trial that does not require a payment card. The trial follows the property limit and features of the plan selected.
