CertNudge does not provide a separate guarantee that your subscription price will remain unchanged for 12 months.

What happens if subscription fees change?

Under the current Terms, CertNudge will provide an existing subscriber with at least 30 days’ advance notice of a fee change.

The revised fee takes effect at the subscriber’s next applicable billing cycle rather than being charged immediately when the change is announced.

How will I be informed?

Any required notice will be sent using the contact details held for the account. Keep the organisation owner’s email address accurate and review subscription communications when they arrive.

What can I do after receiving notice?

Review the new fee: Check the amount and the billing cycle when it will apply.
Review your plan: The organisation owner can check supported plan options through Manage Subscription.
Manage cancellation: The organisation owner can review the available cancellation option and its effective date before the new billing cycle.

This FAQ does not create a 12-month price guarantee or promise that subscription fees will never change. Current pricing and the rules governing fee changes are set out on the plans page, at checkout and in the Terms.
