No, there are currently no storage limits on paid CertNudge plans (Landlord Pro, Portfolio Pro, HMO Pro). You can upload as many certificate documents and supporting files as needed.
Why No Strict Limits?
Efficient Cloud Storage
We utilise highly efficient and scalable cloud storage (Microsoft Azure). Standard certificate files (like PDFs) are typically small.
- Even large property portfolios rarely consume excessive amounts of storage with typical certificate documents.
- This efficiency allows us to offer unlimited uploads as a standard feature on paid plans without needing complex quotas for normal usage.
Fair Use Policy
Intended Use
The unlimited storage is intended for certificate documents and directly related supporting files (e.g., engineer notes, relevant photos).
- Uploading excessively large volumes of unrelated or non-standard data could potentially impact system performance.
- We monitor overall usage patterns to ensure the platform remains fast and reliable for all users.
- In rare cases of clear misuse significantly outside typical certificate storage needs, we reserve the right to contact the account holder to discuss appropriate usage.
