Can I extend an expired link
Sharing Features
No, expired links cannot be reactivated. Once a link passes its expiry date (7 or 14 days), it is permanently dead.
Why can't I extend it?
This is a security feature designed to prevent your property data from floating around the internet indefinitely. It also ensures that tenants are always viewing the most current version of a document.
The Solution
If a tenant or contractor needs access after a link has expired, simply navigate back to the document and click Share again. This will generate a fresh, secure link immediately.
