A full-account ZIP download or API export is not currently available through the CertNudge application.
What is a compliance pack?
A compliance pack is a generated PDF containing the selected property records and supporting evidence included through the chosen pack workflow.
How to generate a property compliance pack
Open the property
Find the property whose records you want to include in the PDF.
Open the compliance-pack workflow
Select the available option to generate a compliance pack for that property.
Select the pack type and evidence
Review the available pack type and the certificate records and evidence that will be included.
Generate and review the PDF
Create the pack and check its contents before downloading or sharing it.
Which plans include compliance packs?
Landlord Pro
PDF compliance packs are included for portfolios of up to 10 properties.
Portfolio Pro
PDF compliance packs are included for portfolios of up to 30 properties.
What export options are unavailable?
Full-account ZIP export
CertNudge does not currently provide a self-service ZIP containing every document across the organisation.
API document export
There is no customer-facing API for exporting all certificate files from the application.
A pack may not contain every document
The generated PDF reflects the selected pack type, records and evidence. Review it before relying on it as a complete copy of the property’s documents.
