Yes, you can easily upgrade or downgrade between our paid plans (Landlord Pro, Portfolio Pro, HMO Pro) at any time via your profile.

How to Switch Plans

 
Via "Manage Subscription"

Changing your plan is a simple self-service process:

  1. Go to your Profile icon.
  2. Select "Manage Subscription".
  3. Select "Upgrade Options"
  4. Choose the new plan you want (e.g., upgrade to Portfolio Pro, downgrade to Landlord Pro).
  5. Confirm the change. Your new plan features and limits apply immediately.

Note: When downgrading, ensure your current usage (e.g., number of properties) fits within the limits of the new, lower plan.

How Billing Adjustments Work

Pro-Rata Billing Handled by Stripe

When you switch plans mid-way through your billing cycle (monthly or annual), Stripe automatically calculates any price difference on a pro-rata basis. You only pay for what you use.

Example Scenario:

  • You are on the Landlord Pro (£11.99/month) plan.
  • Halfway through the month, you upgrade to Portfolio Pro (£29.99/month).
  • Stripe calculates the unused portion of your Landlord Pro payment and the cost of the Portfolio Pro plan for the remainder of the month.
  • You'll typically see a small immediate charge for the difference, covering the upgrade for the rest of the current cycle.
  • Your next full bill will be at the standard Portfolio Pro rate (£29.99).
  • Downgrades work similarly, often resulting in a credit applied to your account for future use.

You will see any pro-rata calculation clearly displayed by Stripe before you confirm the plan change.
