How do I share a certificate via WhatsApp or Email
Sharing Features
You can share secure links directly from the Certificate Details page. You can choose to send via WhatsApp, Email, or simply copy the link.
Step-by-Step Guide

Select the Certificate
Go to Certificates in the main menu and click on the specific certificate to open its Details page.

Click Share
Look for the Share Icon under the "Supporting Documents" section.

Choose Method
Select WhatsApp (opens the app with a pre-filled message), Email (opens your default mail client), or Copy Link.
Link Options
Reuse Link (Default)
The system reuses active links created within the last 24 hours. This keeps your dashboard tidy and prevents duplicate links for the same document.
Create Separate Link
Choose this if you need a unique URL to track a specific person's access (e.g., separating a tenant's view from a contractor's view).
