How do I share a Property Compliance Pack
Sharing Features
Compliance Packs allow you to bundle multiple documents into a single secure link. This is perfect for sending a full "Move-in Pack" to a new tenant.
Creating & Sharing a Pack

Start the Pack
Navigate to Property Details and click the Create Compliance Pack button.

Select Documents
Tick the specific certificates (Gas, EICR, EPC) you want to include in this bundle.

Share Pack
Click Share Pack (not Generate PDF). Wait a few seconds for the system to process the files, then choose WhatsApp, Email, or Copy Link.
Did you know?
Compliance Pack links are active for 14 days (longer than the standard 7 days) to give your recipient ample time to download all the files.
