How do I update my card or billing address?

You can easily update your payment method or billing address at any time via the secure Stripe Customer Portal.

How to Access the Portal

Go to Profile

Click your Profile icon (usually top-right or in the main menu).

Manage Subscription

Select the "Manage Subscription" option.

Open Stripe Portal

Click the link provided (often labelled "Update Payment Method" or similar) to securely open the Stripe Customer Portal.

What You Can Update in the Portal

Payment Methods

Update your primary card details.
Add a backup payment method.
Remove old or expired cards.

Billing Details

Change your billing address.
Update your company name or VAT number (if applicable).
Access and download past invoices/receipts.
