You can update your payment method or billing address anytime via the secure Stripe Customer Portal - no support ticket needed.

Where to Find It

Step 1: Click Profile in the left-hand navigation menu
Step 2: Select Manage Subscription
Step 3: You'll be taken to your secure Stripe Customer Portal

What You Can Do in the Portal

Update Payment Methods

Replace your primary card
Add a backup card
Remove old or expired cards

Edit Billing Details

Change your billing address
Update business name or tax information
Access and download past invoices
