Is there a grace period before my certificates or reminders stop?

Yes - there is a 7-day grace period after a failed payment before any features pause or lock.
What Happens During the Grace Period?
- Day 0: Payment fails (e.g. expired card or insufficient funds)
- Days 1–7: All features continue as normal — no interruptions
- Reminders: Still sent on schedule during this time
- Emails: Stripe sends you payment failure alerts with a link to update your card
What Happens After 7 Days?
Temporary Feature Pause
- Your account enters read-only mode
- Reminders for expiring certificates are paused
- Certificates and properties stay intact — nothing is deleted
Good to Know
As soon as payment is successful, all reminders resume and full access is restored instantly — no support request needed.
