Yes - the All Certificates view lets you instantly filter by certificate type, property, and status across your entire portfolio.

How to Use Portfolio-Wide Filters

  • Go to the “All Certificates” tab
  • Use the Certificate Type filter to select a specific document (e.g. EPC, Gas Safety, EICR)
  • The list updates to show only that type across all properties
  • You can also layer filters for Property or Status (e.g. only show expired EPCs)

Why This Is Useful

  • Engineer planning: Easily spot which certificates of a certain type need renewing soon
  • Portfolio-wide oversight: See trends like all EICRs expiring in the same quarter
  • Bulk action visibility: Handy when coordinating visits, budgeting, or chasing agents
Tip: Combine filters

You can mix certificate type + property + expiry status to create hyper-specific views, like “all expiring Gas Safety certs at my Manchester flat.”
