What file types can I upload?

File Storage & Document Formats

You can upload PDF, JPG (or JPEG), and PNG files when adding certificates or supporting documents. We strongly recommend using PDF whenever possible.

Supported File Formats

PNG

Maximum file size per upload is 5MB.

Why We Recommend PDF

Benefits of Using PDF:
  • Clarity & Legibility: Ensures text is sharp and easy to read.
  • Multi-Page Documents: Handles certificates spanning multiple pages correctly.
  • Consistent Viewing: Looks the same across different devices and browsers.
  • Professional Standard: Most official documents are issued as PDFs.

Tip: Image to PDF Conversion

Converting Photos to PDF

If you only have a photo of a paper document, consider converting it to PDF before uploading. Many modern smartphones have a built-in "Scan Document" feature in their Notes or Files apps, or you can use dedicated scanner apps (like Microsoft Lens, Adobe Scan) to create a clear, multi-page PDF directly from your phone's camera.
