What happens if my payment fails?

If your payment fails, Stripe automatically retries your card and we will keep you informed every step of the way.
How Stripe Handles Failed Payments
Retry Schedule: Stripe will automatically try your payment again:
- 1 day after the failed attempt
- 3 days after
- 7 days after
- 14 days after
That’s up to 4 retries over a 21-day period before cancellation is considered.
What Happens During This Time?
- 7-day grace period: Your reminders and access continue uninterrupted
- After day 7: If payment hasn’t succeeded, your account becomes read-only
- Full feature lock: You won’t be able to add properties, upload docs, or edit certificates until resolved
We’ll Keep You Informed
You’ll receive an email after each failed attempt with instructions to update your payment method. Just click the link in the email or visit Profile → Manage Subscription to fix the issue.
As soon as a valid payment is received, your account is instantly restored to full access — no need to contact support.
