What happens when I click “View Critical Certificates?
"View Critical Certificates" takes you to a filtered list showing only certificates that need immediate attention - those expiring within 30 days or already expired.
Pre-Filtered Critical List
Automatic Filtering
The page automatically shows only certificates requiring action:
- Expiring in 30 days or less: All amber status certificates
- Already expired: All red status certificates
- Excludes green certificates: Hides certificates with 30+ days remaining
- Cross-portfolio view: Shows critical certificates from all properties
