Who inside CertNudge can see my documents?

Security, Privacy & Data Protection

Only you - and no one inside CertNudge can view your uploaded PDFs directly without your login credentials.

How Your Documents Are Stored

  • Stored in Microsoft Azure Blob Storage: Files are encrypted at rest (256-bit AES) and are not publicly accessible
  • No public URLs: Documents can only be accessed via time-limited signed URLs generated per user session
  • Access requires authentication: Even CertNudge staff cannot access a document unless logged in as you (which they cannot do)

What Can Admin Accounts See?

For support and diagnostics purposes, admin accounts can only view document metadata:

  • File name
  • File size
  • Upload date and expiry date
  • Linked property and certificate type

This helps us troubleshoot reminder issues, storage errors, or file corruption — but not access the actual document content.

Audit Logging & Oversight

  • All admin actions are logged: Including metadata lookups, user support access, and settings changes
  • Routine reviews: Admin logs are regularly reviewed to ensure no abuse or policy breaches
  • Zero content access by default: Viewing a PDF requires your login session and can’t be faked internally
Want to remove a document?

You can delete any uploaded file at any time — it is immediately removed from storage and can no longer be accessed by anyone, including admins.
