Are there any storage limits on my account?
CertNudge does not currently publish a separate total-storage quota for Landlord Pro or Portfolio Pro.
The service is intended for certificate evidence and related property compliance files. Each individual upload remains subject to the 5 MB file-size limit.
What limits apply?
Account storage
CertNudge does not currently state a fixed total number of megabytes or gigabytes available to each Landlord Pro or Portfolio Pro organisation.
Individual uploads
Every PDF, JPEG/JPG, PNG or HEIC file must be no larger than 5 MB.
Intended content
Storage must be used for certificate evidence and directly related property compliance records in accordance with the Terms.
What can I store?
Suitable files
- Property safety certificates
- Inspection and testing reports
- Remedial-work evidence
- Relevant compliance photographs and supporting documents
Unsuitable files
- Unrelated personal file storage
- General business archives
- Tenancy agreements or tenant ID
- Files containing unnecessary tenant personal data
Do plan property limits still apply?
Yes. The absence of a separately published storage quota does not remove the property limit of your selected plan. Landlord Pro supports up to 10 properties and Portfolio Pro supports up to 30 properties by default.
Storage is not described as unlimited
CertNudge does not promise unrestricted or unlimited storage. Use remains subject to the purpose of the service, the per-file limit and the acceptable-use provisions in the Terms.
