Can I extend an expired link
No. An expired or revoked CertNudge share link cannot be reactivated or extended.
Create a new share link if the recipient still needs access to the certificate, brief or compliance pack.
Why can’t an expired link be extended?
Share links are time-limited so access does not remain available indefinitely. Once a link has expired or been revoked, its token cannot be made active again.
How to share the evidence again
Open the underlying record
Find the relevant certificate, certificate brief or compliance pack.
Review the evidence
Check that the document, dates and other information are still accurate and appropriate for the recipient.
Create a new share link
Use the available sharing option to generate a new, time-limited URL.
Send the new URL
Copy and send the new link using your chosen email or messaging service.
Creating a new link does not update the evidence
A new link gives access to the evidence currently selected for sharing. It does not confirm that the underlying certificate has been renewed, replaced or independently verified.
Send the new link carefully
Anyone who obtains the active link may be able to access the shared resource until it expires or is revoked. Send it only to the intended recipient.
