How the Two-Stage Import Process Works
Important Distinction
The import process is in two stages. First, you import the data (property names, addresses, certificate dates) from the spreadsheet. Afterwards, you can optionally upload the actual files (PDFs, images) to the certificate records that were created.
Stage 1: Importing Your Property & Certificate Data
Download the Template
From the "My Properties" page, click the "Import Properties" button and download the official CSV template.
Fill in Your Data
Open the template in a spreadsheet program (like Excel or Google Sheets) and fill in the details for your properties and their certificates.
Upload the File
Return to the "Import Properties" page, select your completed CSV file, and begin the import. The system will validate your data.
Stage 2: Attaching Certificate Documents (Optional)
Navigate to a Certificate
After the import, find one of the newly created certificates on your dashboard or its property details page.
Upload the Document
On the certificate's "Edit" page, use the "Document Management" section to upload the corresponding PDF or image file.

Next:Pro Tips for a Smooth Import
- Do not change the column headers in the template file.
- Ensure all dates are in the required `dd/mm/yyyy` format.
- If a `PropertyName` in your file does not already exist, a new property will be created.
- For your first import, try uploading a file with just 2-3 rows to ensure your data is formatted correctly.
