Reminder Schedule & Notifications
Currently, the reminder timings are fixed to ensure consistent, reliable notifications for all users. However, customisable schedules are planned for a future update.
Current Fixed Notification Schedule
To ensure system reliability, all reminders are currently sent at these standard intervals before a certificate's expiry date:

60Days before expiry (Early planning)

30Days before expiry (Booking phase)

14Days before expiry (Confirmation phase)

7Days before expiry (Final urgent reminder)
These fixed timings provide a predictable and dependable alert system covering the key stages of the renewal process.
Future Update: Customisation
Planned Portfolio Plan Enhancement
We are planning an update that will allow users on our Portfolio plans to:
- Customise the number of days for each reminder (e.g., change 60 days to 90 days).
- Add extra reminder intervals if needed.
- Create personalised alert schedules tailored to specific needs.
