Can I change those 60 / 30 / 14 / 7-day timings?
No. CertNudge's current reminder milestones cannot be customised.
The same fixed reminder schedule applies to eligible certificate records on both Landlord Pro and Portfolio Pro.
Current reminder milestones
Early reminder
An early prompt to review the certificate record and begin planning any renewal work.
Follow-up reminder
A further prompt as the recorded expiry date approaches.
Two-week reminder
A reminder to check progress and confirm any necessary arrangements.
Final reminder window
One final reminder may be sent when the record is first selected within the last seven days before expiry.
The final reminder is a window
The final milestone covers zero to seven days before expiry. It is not always sent exactly seven days before the recorded expiry date.
Can I add or change reminder intervals?
No. You cannot currently change an existing milestone, add another reminder or create a different schedule for a particular property or certificate type.
Delivery is not guaranteed
Reminder emails are a supporting tool. Processing time and successful delivery can be affected by technical issues and the recipient's email provider.
