Can I see a history of what reminders have been sent?
There is currently no customer-facing page showing a history of reminder emails.
CertNudge keeps operational queue and send records to run and support the reminder service, but these records are not displayed within your account.
What can I see in CertNudge?
Certificate status and expiry dates
You can review the certificate records, statuses and expiry dates held in your CertNudge account.
Reminder email history
There is no self-service timeline showing when each reminder was queued, processed or sent.
What records does CertNudge keep?
CertNudge keeps operational queue and send records needed to process reminders, control retries and investigate reported problems.
These are service-operation records rather than a customer-facing delivery report or verified receipt history.
What if I need help investigating a reminder?
Contact support and provide:
- Your organisation name
- The property and certificate type
- The recorded expiry date
- The recipient email address
- The approximate date and time of the message
Email records do not prove receipt or reading
A processing or send record does not prove that an email reached the intended person, entered their inbox or was opened and read.
