After the First 14 Days & Renewals
Ongoing Subscription Terms
For subsequent renewals or after the initial 14-day guarantee period:
- We generally do not offer refunds for partial months or years if you cancel mid-cycle. Access continues until the end of the paid period.
- If you switch plans mid-cycle (upgrade or downgrade), billing adjustments are calculated on a pro-rata basis by Stripe (you might receive a credit or an additional charge for the difference).
