If you subscribe to a paid plan (like Landlord Pro, Portfolio Pro, or HMO Pro) for the very first time and decide it's not for you within 14 days:

  • We offer a 100% refund on that initial payment.
  • No questions asked – your satisfaction is important.
  • To request a refund within this period, simply email support@certnudge.co.uk or use the in-app chat.

After the First 14 Days & Renewals

Ongoing Subscription Terms

For subsequent renewals or after the initial 14-day guarantee period:

  • We generally do not offer refunds for partial months or years if you cancel mid-cycle. Access continues until the end of the paid period.
  • If you switch plans mid-cycle (upgrade or downgrade), billing adjustments are calculated on a pro-rata basis by Stripe (you might receive a credit or an additional charge for the difference).
