No. CertNudge currently sends certificate expiry reminders by email only.
SMS text messages and mobile push notifications are not currently available.
Email reminder schedule
Eligible records are considered for email reminders at:
60 days 30 days 14 days Final 0–7-day window
The final reminder may be sent when an eligible record is first selected within the last seven days before expiry.
Email delivery is not guaranteed
Processing and successful delivery can be affected by technical issues, email-provider delays and filtering. Continue checking your records directly.
Keep your email address current
Check that the reminder-recipient email address held in CertNudge is accurate and able to receive messages.
