We use service providers to operate CertNudge, process payments, store files and deliver account and reminder emails.

Using service providers is not selling your data

Some personal information must be processed by organisations that provide the technical services CertNudge relies on. These providers and their purposes are described in the Privacy Policy.

Which providers does CertNudge use?

Microsoft Azure

Used for parts of CertNudge's application infrastructure and private file storage.

Stripe

Used to host payment and billing workflows and process subscription payments.

SendGrid

Used to process account messages, certificate reminders and other service emails.

Why is personal data processed?

Does CertNudge use analytics?

Optional browser analytics

Optional browser analytics are dependent on the user's consent settings.

First-party site analytics

First-party site analytics are aggregate and controlled by the active CertNudge configuration.

Personal data is sometimes shared to operate the service

CertNudge should not be described as never sharing personal data. Relevant information is processed by service providers and may also be disclosed where required by law, as explained in the Privacy Policy.

Protect tenant information

Do not upload tenancy agreements, identification documents or unnecessary tenant personal data to CertNudge.
