How can I see or revoke my shared links
Shared Links lets you review active, expired and revoked links for your organisation.
You can check each link's status, recorded activity and expiry, and revoke an active link when it should no longer be available.
How to review shared links
Open Shared Links
Open the Shared Links area within CertNudge to review links available to your organisation.
Check the link status
Review whether the link is active, expired or revoked, together with its displayed expiry information.
Review recorded activity
Where available, CertNudge shows the recorded open and download counts associated with the link.
What do open and download counts mean?
Open events
An open count records technical activity against the share link.
Download events
A download count records download activity associated with the link.
Activity is not a verified read receipt
Link events do not identify the person who used the link.
They do not prove delivery, receipt, download by a named recipient or that anyone read the shared document.
How do I revoke an active link?
Find the active link
Locate the relevant link in Shared Links and check that it is the correct resource before taking action.
Revoke the link
Use the available revoke action. Once revoked, the link cannot be used for future access.
Revocation cannot undo an earlier download
Revoking a link prevents future use of that link, but it cannot remove or recall a file that someone downloaded before the link was revoked.
