How can I download or delete all of my data?
CertNudge provides self-service options for downloading personal account data and generating property compliance packs.
Contact support if you need help with a broader data request. Only the organisation owner can close the organisation account.
Downloading your personal account data
The Personal Data area provides the account holder's available self-service personal-data download.
Open Personal Data
Sign in and open the Personal Data area from your account settings.
Use the available download option
Follow the instructions shown to download the personal account data available through the self-service workflow.
Downloading property records
Property records and certificate evidence are handled separately from the personal-data download.
Generate a property compliance pack
Landlord Pro and Portfolio Pro can generate a PDF compliance pack for one property using the selected pack type and evidence. Review the generated pack before downloading or sharing it.
What if I need a broader data request?
Contact CertNudge if the available self-service downloads and property packs do not cover the information you require.
Email support@certnudge.co.uk from the address associated with your account where possible. Include your organisation name and a clear description of the information requested.
Closing the organisation account
Only the organisation owner can close it
Non-owner team members cannot close the organisation account or initiate the organisation-level deletion process.
Download anything that must be retained
Generate and save any required property packs or other available records before closing the account.
Open the account-closure workflow
Sign in as the organisation owner and follow the account-closure instructions displayed in CertNudge.
Review and confirm the closure
Check the consequences shown before confirming the action.
What happens after account closure?
Account closure removes access and starts CertNudge's supported deletion process. Some information may be retained where required for legal, financial, security or other lawful purposes described in the Privacy Policy.
Do not rely on a fixed deletion timetable
CertNudge does not promise that every live, historical, backup or audit record will be permanently erased immediately or within a fixed number of days.
Protect sensitive information
Do not email passwords, full card details or unnecessary tenant personal data when making a request.
