How do I create a CertNudge account and start a trial?
Start with a 14-day CertNudge trial without providing a payment card. Choose Landlord Pro or Portfolio Pro. Your trial follows the property limit and features of the plan you select.
How to create your account
Compare the plans
Choose Landlord Pro for up to 10 properties or Portfolio Pro for up to 30 properties.
Complete your registration
Enter the requested account and organisation details and follow the registration instructions shown.
Begin adding your records
Add a property, record its certificate information and upload supported evidence when available.

Portfolio Pro
For portfolios of up to 30 properties.
Includes the core Landlord Pro features, plus:

No payment card is required
You will not be billed automatically when the 14-day trial ends. If you do not start a paid subscription, access to the CertNudge application becomes inactive.
