I forgot my password — how do I reset it?
Forgot your password? No problem – resetting it is quick and secure. Just follow these steps.
How to Reset Your Password
Go to Login Page
Navigate to the CertNudge login screen.
Click "Forgot Password"
Below the login form, click the link labelled "I forgot my password".
Enter Your Email
Enter the email address associated with your CertNudge account and submit the request.
Check Your Email
Look for an email from us with the subject line "Reset your CertNudge password". It usually arrives within 1-2 minutes (check spam/junk too!).
Click the Reset Link
Click the secure link inside the email. For security, this link is only valid for a limited time.
Choose a New Password
Enter and confirm your new, secure password on the page that opens.
Log In
You're all set! You can now log in using your email and your new password.
