Is my payment information secure?
Stripe hosts CertNudge's payment and billing workflows and processes the full card details entered during checkout.
CertNudge stores the Stripe identifiers needed to manage your subscription, but does not store your full card number.
How payment information is handled
Stripe processes the payment
Payment and billing details are entered into Stripe-hosted checkout or billing pages rather than directly into CertNudge.
CertNudge manages the subscription
CertNudge receives and stores the Stripe customer and subscription identifiers needed to provide and manage your plan.
What does CertNudge store?
CertNudge does not store your complete card number or card security code.
It stores the Stripe references and related subscription information required to identify the account, billing status and selected plan.
Who can manage billing?
The organisation owner can access the available payment, billing and invoice options through Manage Subscription. Non-owner team members cannot manage the organisation's billing settings.
Protecting your account
- Use a unique password: Do not reuse a password from another service.
- Enable two-factor authentication: Use the available authenticator-app option.
- Check billing changes: Review the plan, amount and billing interval before completing a payment.
- Keep payment information private: Never email card numbers, security codes or account passwords.
No payment system is risk-free
Security controls are intended to reduce risk, but no online payment service can promise absolute security. Contact CertNudge promptly if you notice an unfamiliar subscription or billing issue.
