What can I do during the trial?
Add property records
Add properties up to the limit of the plan you selected: 10 with Landlord Pro or 30 with Portfolio Pro.
Upload certificate evidence
Record certificate details and upload supported certificate or evidence files for your properties.
Test reminders
Eligible certificate records are considered for email reminders based on the expiry dates entered.
Generate and share records
Create PDF compliance packs, use secure share links and maintain landlord-entered service logs.
What happens after 14 days?
You will not be billed automatically. No payment card is required to begin the trial.
If you do not start a subscription, access to the CertNudge application becomes inactive. You can choose a paid plan if you want to continue using the service.
