What does the Dashboard show me?
The CertNudge dashboard gives you an overview of the certificate records held for your properties.
It uses the dates and information entered into CertNudge to highlight expired records, upcoming expiry dates and areas that may need attention.
The dashboard is not a legal-compliance assessment
Dashboard figures and colours classify the records held in CertNudge. They do not verify a certificate, confirm its authenticity or determine whether a property or landlord is legally compliant.
Urgent Action Required banner
The urgent banner appears when at least one recorded certificate:
- has passed its recorded expiry date; or
- is due to expire within the next seven days.
Certificate summary
Total records
The total number of certificate records included in the dashboard overview.
Valid records
Records whose entered expiry dates have not yet passed.
Expiring soon
Records within the dashboard's displayed upcoming-renewal window.
Expired records
Records whose entered expiry dates have already passed.
Percentage valid
The percentage indicator compares non-expired certificate records with all certificate records included in the calculation.
A certificate that is approaching expiry can still count as valid until its recorded expiry date has passed. This is a record-date indicator, not a legal-compliance score.
Upcoming Expirations
The dashboard shows up to five upcoming or expired certificate records for quick review.

Use View All to open the wider expired and expiring certificate list.
When does the dashboard change?
Dashboard information changes when the underlying property or certificate records change. Correcting an expiry date, adding a record or changing its status can affect the displayed counts and alerts.
Managing your records
Use the available dashboard links and actions to review properties, open certificate records and investigate items that need attention.
Check the source documents
You remain responsible for checking that the records entered in CertNudge match the original documents and for arranging inspections, remedial work and renewals when required.
