What file types can I upload?

CertNudge accepts PDF, JPEG/JPG, PNG and HEIC files up to 5 MB each.
These formats can be used for certificate documents and related supporting evidence.

Commonly used for photographs taken on supported mobile devices.
Maximum file size
Each uploaded file must be no larger than 5 MB.
Before uploading a file
- Check readability: Make sure names, dates, results and other important details can be read clearly.
- Check completeness: Include every page needed to understand the certificate or supporting evidence.
- Check the property: Confirm that the file is being added to the correct property and certificate record.
- Use trusted device settings: If necessary, scan or export the document again using tools available on your device.
Do not upload tenant personal data
CertNudge is intended for certificate evidence and related property compliance records. Do not upload tenancy agreements, identification documents or files containing unnecessary tenant names, contact details or other personal data.
