What happens right after I upload a certificate?

Getting Started & On-Boarding

After saving your certificate's details, you are given the option to upload the actual document (like a PDF) and any supporting files.

What Happens Next

Details Saved

Your certificate's information (like its expiry date) is now stored.

Upload Documents

You are now prompted to (optionally) add the PDF or image file.

Choose Next Action

Decide whether to add more certificates or go to your dashboard.

Optional Document Upload

Not Required, But Recommended

You can skip this step and your certificate reminders will still work. However, uploading files gives you a central, secure place to store and access your actual documents.

  • The official PDF from your engineer
  • A digital copy of the signed document
Supporting Documents
  • Engineer notes and recommendations
  • Photos of equipment (boilers, fuse boxes)

Smoothly transition between adding certificates and viewing your portfolio status.

Pro Tips

  • Upload while it's fresh: Add documents immediately while you have them to hand.
  • Multiple files: You can upload several supporting documents (e.g., the PDF and 3 photos) to a single certificate.
  • Come back later: You can always return to an existing certificate to add or manage documents at any time.
