What happens to my data if I cancel my subscription?

Security, Privacy & Data Protection

If you cancel your subscription, your data remains securely stored according to our retention policy, allowing you to reactivate later if needed before permanent deletion occurs.

What Happens After Cancellation?

1. Access Until Paid Period Ends

Your full account access continues normally until the end of your current paid billing cycle (monthly or annual).

2. Account Access Paused

Once your paid period expires, your account access will be paused. You won't be able to log in or use features unless you reactivate.

Is My Data Deleted Immediately?

No - Data is Retained Temporarily

Your data (properties, certificate details, uploaded files) is not immediately deleted when your subscription ends. It is kept securely according to the timelines specified in our Privacy Policy.

  • This retention period allows you to easily reactivate your account and regain access to your historical data.
  • Data is held securely in encrypted storage during this time.

When is Data Permanently Deleted?

After Retention Period Expires

If you do not reactivate your account within the data retention period outlined in our Privacy Policy, your account data (including properties, certificates, and uploaded files) will be permanently and irreversibly deleted from our systems.

Deleted data cannot be recovered.

How to Retain Access?

Reactivate Your Subscription

To regain full access and prevent eventual data deletion, simply log back in (using your existing credentials) and choose a new subscription plan via Profile > Manage Subscription anytime before the data retention period ends.
