What happens when I click “View Critical Certificates?
This page provides a prefiltered list of all certificates that require your attention. It's designed to be your central hub for managing upcoming renewals and expired items.
What This Page Shows
Urgent Attention Required
This page automatically shows all certificates that are:
- Already Expired (Red Status)
- Expiring within the next 60 days (Amber Status)
It hides all "Green" certificates (those with 60+ days left) so you can focus only on what needs action.
How to Use This Page
1. Filter Your View
Use the filter buttons at the top to narrow your list even further. You can instantly see certificates that are:
- Expired
- Expiring Today
- Expiring in the Next 7 Days
- Expiring in the Next 30 Days
- Expiring in the Next 60 Days
2. Take Action
The "Actions" column in the list provides three one-click options for every certificate, allowing you to quickly manage the issue.
What The Action Buttons Do
View
Opens the details page for that certificate, where you can view all its information and download documents.
Edit
Takes you directly to the 'Edit' form for that certificate, where you can correct dates, notes, or other details.
Renew
Opens the 'Renew Certificate' form, allowing you to upload the new, replacement certificate and its new expiry date.
Efficient Action Workflow
See Alert
Notice an 'Amber' or 'Red' item on your dashboard.
Click List
Click the alert to land on this "Urgent Attention" page.
Filter List
Use the buttons (e.g., "Next 7 Days") to prioritise.
Take Action
Click 'Renew' or 'Edit' on the items you've handled.
