CertNudge uses Microsoft Azure and the service providers listed in its Privacy Policy.
The exact locations involved can depend on the service being provided, including application hosting, file storage, payments, email delivery and operational logging.
Microsoft Azure
CertNudge uses Microsoft Azure infrastructure to operate parts of the service, including private Azure Blob Storage for uploaded certificate files.
Other service providers
CertNudge also uses specialist providers to operate different parts of the service.
Payment processing
Stripe hosts and processes the subscription payment and billing workflows.
Email delivery
An email service provider is used to process account and reminder messages.
Operational services
Additional processors may support areas such as logging, security, analytics and customer support.
Where is my data located?
CertNudge does not use this FAQ to guarantee that every database record, file, backup, email, payment record or log remains in one specific Azure region or exclusively within the UK.
Review the current Privacy Policy or contact support for up-to-date information about processors and data locations.
Data protection
CertNudge is registered with the Information Commissioner's Office as stated in the Privacy Policy and operates processes intended to meet its UK data-protection obligations.
