Where do I see everything I’ve added?
CertNudge provides several ways to review your properties, certificate records and upcoming expiry dates. Use the dashboard for a portfolio overview, the property list to open a specific address, and the certificate list to review records across the organisation.
CertNudge displays recorded information
Dashboard figures, statuses and colours are based on the information entered into CertNudge. They do not authenticate certificates or determine whether a property or landlord is legally compliant.
What does the dashboard show?
Non-expired records
Certificate records whose entered expiry dates have not yet passed. Records approaching expiry may still count as valid in the percentage calculation.
Expiring-soon records
Records within the wider upcoming renewal window displayed by the dashboard.
Expired records
Certificate records whose entered expiry dates have already passed.
How are urgent records highlighted?
The Urgent Action Required banner appears when at least one recorded certificate is expired or is due to expire within seven days.
Choosing the right view
Start with the dashboard
Review the organisation overview and identify records that may need attention.
Open a property or certificate list
Use the appropriate list to review the wider set of records held in CertNudge.
Check the individual record
Compare the property, certificate type and expiry date with the original source document.
How many properties can I manage?
Landlord Pro
Supports up to 10 properties.
Portfolio Pro
Supports up to 30 properties by default. Contact CertNudge for 31 or more properties.
Continue checking your records
Dashboard indicators and email reminders are supporting tools. You remain responsible for checking the source documents and arranging inspections, remedial work and renewals when required.
