Which cards and wallets are accepted?
CertNudge uses Stripe to process subscription payments in pounds sterling.
The payment methods currently available to you are displayed by Stripe during checkout.
Which payment methods can I use?
Stripe determines which cards, wallets and other supported payment methods are available for each checkout session.
Availability can depend on your browser, device, location, Stripe configuration and the payment method itself. Check the options displayed at checkout rather than assuming a particular card or wallet will be accepted.
How to check the available options
Select your plan
Choose Landlord Pro or Portfolio Pro and select monthly or yearly billing.
Continue to Stripe Checkout
Stripe will display the payment methods available for that checkout session.
Review before paying
Check the selected plan, billing interval, amount and payment method before completing the checkout.
Currency and non-UK cards
Standard CertNudge subscriptions are charged in GBP.
If your card or account uses another currency, your bank or payment provider may convert the payment and may apply its own exchange rate or fees. Check with your provider for details.
What if my payment is declined?
- Check that the billing and card information entered at checkout is correct.
- Confirm with your payment provider that the payment method can be used for online and recurring payments.
- Try another payment method if Stripe displays an alternative option.
- Contact your bank or payment provider if the payment continues to be declined.
CertNudge may not receive the specific reason why a bank or payment provider declined a transaction.
How are card details handled?
Stripe hosts the payment workflow and processes the full card details entered during checkout. CertNudge stores the Stripe identifiers needed to manage the subscription, not the full card number.
Do not send card details to support
For payment help, email support@certnudge.co.uk with your organisation name and a description of the issue. Do not include your full card number, security code or password.
