How the cardless trial works

What can I test during the trial?
Property and certificate records
Add properties up to the selected plan’s limit and record certificate details, dates and supporting evidence.
Email reminders
Eligible records are considered for reminders at 60, 30 and 14 days, plus one final reminder when first selected within the 0–7-day window.
PDF compliance packs
Generate an organised PDF summary using selected property records and supporting evidence.
Sharing and service logs
Create secure, time-limited share links and maintain landlord-entered records of how evidence was shared or served.
What happens when the trial ends?
If you do not start a subscription, access to the CertNudge application becomes inactive.
No automatic payment is taken because no payment card was required to begin the trial. You can select a paid plan if you decide to continue using the service.
